PSYCHO-PASS 3: First Inspector does not appear to have an official English dub: of the two cast databases we check, AniList and Anime News Network, one credits no English voice cast for it and the other has no entry we could match. Anime News Network does list an English cast for an entry with a similar name, so this one may be dubbed after all.
