Privacy

Without an account we keep a cookie id and a hashed form of your IP address and browser so the free-episode limit, request counts and listening statistics work. We never store the raw IP.

With an account we keep your email, a generated username (your public name unless you choose another in your settings), your device choice, your listening history for creator statistics, and your subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you sign in with Google, Google also tells us your name and picture; we do not show them or put them on your profile.

Creators keep their credits on every track they upload. Reports and takedown notices are stored as long as needed to handle them.

The browser extension processes the sound of the video tab on your computer, in the moment, to lower the original voices and add the dub. It never records, stores or uploads that audio. It contacts ProFAnime only to fetch the list of dubs and the dub for the episode you pick, using the same cookie or sign-in as the site, so free episodes and subscriptions work the same way. It reads the page title of the video tab to recognise the episode and does not collect your browsing history.

We do not sell data. Ask for deletion from the contact page.
